Micriµm, Inc. provides high quality, royalty-free software for the embedded market. The flagship product of Micriµm is the popular µC/OS-II real-time kernel superbly documented in the excellent book "MicroC/OS-II: The Real Time Kernel" by Jean J. Labrosse. Other Micrµm products include µC/TCP-IP protocol stack, µC/FS embedded file system, µC/GUI embedded graphical user interface, and more. Quantum Leaps provides ports of the QP state machine frameworks to µC/OS-II as examples of adapting QP to a traditional, commercial real-time kernel. The ports are included in the standard QP distribution. The binary µC/OS-II distributions pre-compiled for x86 or ARM are provided. Quantum Leaps provides also integration of the Quantum Platform (QP) with µC/GUI Embedded GUI, which technically is the same product as emWin from SEGGER. |

SEGGER Microcontroller Systeme GmbH develops and distributes software development tools and ANSI "C" software components (middleware) for embedded systems. Main products are emWin, a universal graphic software for embedded applications and embOS, a small and efficient real-time kernel. Quantum Leaps provides integration of its QP state machine frameworks with the emWin™ embedded GUI as an example of adapting QP to an embedded GUI system. The fully-functional examples running in the emWin™ Windows Simulation are provided. |

FreeRTOS.org™ develops and distributes the popular FreeRTOS™, OpenRTOS™, and SafeRTOS™, real-time operating systems (RTOS). FreeRTOS™ supports seventeen official architecture ports and enjoys more than 6000 downloads per month. Quantum Leaps provides ports of the QP state machine frameworks to FreeRTOS.org™ as examples of adapting QP to a traditional real-time kernel. The fully-functional QP Development Kits are provided. |

eg3.com is the oldest and largest web resource devoted to electronic design, specifically embedded systems, real-time, and DSP. Founded in late 1994, eg3.com indexes the free and non-commercial design information on the net, summarizes the over 800 vendor companies that make up this marketplace, and organizes the content of major chip companies and third party vendors into a searchable "design tool" for EE's and designers. |
